falldown was on a very short term ban, like a week tops, then he kept
making new accounts to bypass the ban and keep posting. he also got a
hold of one of those IP proxy things that illegally give you a
different IP on the internet.
This annoyed us, but we put up with it. he was on a short term ban and
if he could have stopped treating us... the DBS Staff... like shit, we
would have let him back. then he pulls the rest of the shit. So what if
he claims it was a joke at the time, if i put something hurtful in a
url, and then say i was just joking, does that make it ok.
So the way i see it is that i personally pay for the domain and
webhost, and if i don't want one minor individual that has no
constructive effect on the mod or community (he played in a small
tourney that had LOADS of people wanting to play in it, hardly makes
him anything special), then i should be allowed to ban that person
without question. If the person who pays for the communities forum
can't decide who is banned from the forum, then who can? the admin? the
mod leader? all are still me... and it's not like i don't have support
from others in the community and mod staff about this matter either...
i don't just ban at random, i'm all for second chances, even more
chances than that tbh, but fallout has gone beyond his 10th chance as
far as i'm concerned, and he's not getting another chance.
after i banned him also, like a few weeks after, i saw fallout add me
on MSN, and i even decided to give him another chance to see what he'd
say. we talked, and he just dug himself a deeper hole. he acted like a
prick and said he wasn't bothered about using the forums. so fair
enough, if he doesn't even want to use them, i don't see why you should
be trying to get him back in. by the sounds of things though, he still
views this forum, but doesn't post... which i'm more than happy for him
to do, i just don't want him posting here.
fyi... through all this, he hasn't even hinted at apologising once.
When i accepted him on MSN, all he had to do was sincerly say he was
sorry, and i would have let him back in... which i said to gundy during
the time when fallout was trying to make excuses like "it was a joke
lol".
so this kinda plea for his freedom is to little to late i'm afraid. if
someone else wants to start a DBS community though, i won't have any
say over who uses that, so he can be someone elses problem if you like.

thats the reason i was banned in the first place, maybe he doesnt understand that it was first thing that i was banned not something that i came to by allmeaning to harm peoples there after being banned..

now that account was created with my bothers laptop, created by me and yes i used proxy to prevent hackers getting to my IP witch is very legal, and even hes account got banned.

Fallout was Delaying the Mod by giving the staff a Hard Time he even
asked me to try to get him unbanned truth is i did not try to even talk
him out of his ban with anyone and anything that delays the mod Makes
